RoKultur asbl celebrated Easter with a unique event for the Luxembourg landscape, an egg painting workshop with ethnologist and museographer Sebastian Paic-Apan. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

It was so beautiful that the participants wanted to decorate the family home, but also to make these workshops a habit. Sebastian promised to join us next year, so a RoKultur tradition has just been born.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sebastian Paic \u2013 Apan founded in 2011 the \u2018Zestrea\u2019 Association, where he trains disciples in crafts such as: painting Easter eggs, painting icons on glass, wood encrusting, making traditional masks, opinci, chi\u0219i\u0163e. In order to complete his egg painting technique, Sebastian Paic conducted field researches in \u0162ara L\u0103pu\u015fului, Bucovina, Vrancea and \u0162ara B\u00e2rsei. The painting craft he learned from Professor Ioan Sorin Apan from Bra\u015fov. One of the approaches he is currently focusing on is the promotion of the variety of scattered egg models from different regions (\u0162ara B\u00e2rsei, \u021aara L\u0103pu\u0219ului, Oltenia, Bucovina and Bihor). <\/p>\n\n\n\n
