Rokultur a.s.b.l. is founded by friends who wanted to promote, support and strengthen the Romanian cultural presence in Luxembourg and the Greater Region.
We are Ștefania Atanasiu, Raluca Bădulescu Cara, Raluca Caranfil, Camelia Constantinescu, Laura Février, Brândușa Mihăilescu, Ștefana Puiu and Mădălina Stoian.
You know us, we have organized smaller or larger cultural events in Luxembourg, which we want to continue to do, whether it will be conferences, exhibitions, workshops, book launches or theatre - maybe the thing we miss the most here.

Art is the absolute truth, Notes and aphorisms – brought together for the first time the sculptor’s workshop notes in the form in which they were written, as preserved and classified in the Brancusi Fund at the Kandinski Library, Pompidou Centre.
Egg painting workshop with Sebastian Paic-Apan
There were two days full of colour and craft at the egg painting workshops held by the ethnologist and museographer Sebastian Paic-Apan in Luxembourg in March 2026. The participants in the RoKultur workshops had the opportunity to learn signs and meanings, as well as waxing techniques.
